Information for foreign participants

The classification of states/territories depending on the epidemiological risk, based on the incidence cumulated throughout 14 days, is established under 3 categories as follows:

a) – the cumulated incidence of new infected cases throughout the latest 14 days/1000 residents is lower than or equal to 1.5;

b) – the cumulated incidence of new infected cases throughout the latest 14 days/1000 residents is between 1.5 - 3;

c) – the cumulated incidence of new infected cases throughout the latest 14 days/1000 residents is higher than or equal to 3.

You are exempted for 14 days quarantine even if coming from a red or yellow country if:

1 - you are fully vaccinated at least 10 days prior coming;

2 - you stay for less than 3 days (72 hours) and  have a negative RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, performed no more than 72 hours before boarding (for those who travel by public transport) or entry into the national territory (for those who travel by their own means);

3 - you have been infected with SARS-COV 2- in the last 180 days, but not earlier than 14 days since you were confirmed positive.

Information for all participants

Scientific events are allowed since August 1^st with the participation of a maximum of 150 people indoors and 200 outdoors, in compliance with health measures, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days of cases in the locality is greater than 2 and less than or equal to 3/1.000 inhabitants, and with a maximum number of 250 people inside and 300 outside, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days cases in the locality is less than or equal to 2/1.000 inhabitants.

Private events (like conference dinner) are allowed up to 400/300/150 varying to the incidence rate. We expect less than 70 participants.

Mask is compulsory in all indoor  locations, and outdoor for cultural events (where you can enter vaccinated, or tested).
